As a Missouri Main Street Affiliate program, Glasgow MSA is a recognized leading program among the state network of more than 45 districts and communities who share both a commitment to creating high-quality places and to building stronger communities through preservation-based economic development.
The Beginning of Glasgow
Come take a drive to see all the historical buildings and locations that have made Glasgow what it is today. From Pre-Civil War to the present – historic homes and on-going memorials tell the story of this undiscovered gem.
Activities
Annual selection and purchase of Main Street flowerpots and arrangements, coordination of landscaping.
Purchase Main Street Christmas decorations, with annual coordination of school groups and business participation to make and hang City Window decorations.
Support local businesses annually sponsoring Small Business Saturday.

We, the GMSA, are a not for profit 501(c)(3) volunteer driven organization (representing the Glasgow Community) with the focus on developing and promoting a healthy and prosperous downtown within a context of cultural and historic preservation.
